What to Expect

With every CrossFit class you’ll be apart of a:

  • 6-8 Minute Warm Up

  • 6-8 Minutes or Workout Specific Mobility

  • 3-5 Minutes of Workout Overview

  • 5 Minutes to prep the workout

  • 8-40 Minute Metcon or what we like to call the “Workout of The Day

  • 10-12 Minutes of Strength or Accessory Work”


It’s always a new day
with crossfit

  • Everyday is a different workout. It’s never the same.

  • You’ll work on a skill or a strength movement instructed by our coaches.

  • You’ll receive a demonstration before every workout as well as desired workout stimulus and goals.

  • If we do repeat a workout, it will be a benchmark workout and done months later which will allow you to see the improvements to your fitness level. .

CrossFit Smithtown was designed to make you a better version of yourself. Our goal is to provide you with a structured, safe, inclusive and fun place to workout. We are a family here. Although we love CrossFit and we bond over it, we are just like you. We have doctors, stay at-home moms, financial advisors, investors, surgeons, first responders, college students, dentists, dog groomers, retail employees, IT Employees, and more. The point is we’re all human. We are meant to move well at our own pace with a community who supports your goals.
